Most videos on this shelf are, structurally, a summary of one book. That is not a criticism by itself: a good fifteen-minute distillation of a two-hundred-page argument is a real service, and some of the entries here are exactly that and rank well for it.
The problem is that there are hundreds of them, they cover the same four chapters, and after the second one your marginal return is close to zero. The density measurement is unusually useful here for that reason — it reads how much of a video’s runtime introduces something the previous minute did not, and a summary of a summary shows up immediately.
So what rises on this shelf is the material that goes past the restatement: someone applying the method to work with real constraints, someone describing where it failed for them, someone arguing against a piece of it. Videos that recite the concept and then close on a motivational note rank below videos that show the schedule.
Each entry names the second the concept ends and the application begins. On this shelf that number is frequently past the halfway mark, and knowing it turns a video you would have abandoned into a five-minute watch.
