Fitness content splits cleanly into two kinds that share a shelf and should not. One teaches: it names the mechanism, shows the movement, states the numbers, and tells you what to do differently on Monday. The other performs: it walks through a session in real time, and what you take away is motivation rather than method.

Both are legitimate. Only one of them is what you wanted when you searched for how to fix your form.

This ranking is by measured value density, which favours the instructional kind for a structural reason rather than a taste one — a video that repeats a cue eight times across a set adds little after the first. Entries carry a difficulty level, because a video pitched at a first-year lifter and a video assuming you already periodise are not competing for the same hour.

Two things this page does not claim. It is not medical advice, and a high density score is a statement about how much a video says per minute, not about whether the protocol inside it is right for your body or your history.

How this ranking is decided

Every video here was measured on the same axes: how much of its runtime carries information, how much is padding, and the second at which it starts paying off. The order is by value density, not by views, recency or how much we liked the channel. What the numbers mean →
