Gistil judges it from scratch. That is one video off your plan, paid by whoever asked first — and from then on everybody else, you included, gets it for free.
The video topic review
A second pass, counted on its own
Ask for it and Gistil reads the same video a second time: what it really covers, and what it quietly leaves out. It is a full second reading, so it takes one more off your plan — on every plan, the free one included.
Which is why the number on a plan is not the number that decides: most of what you want to look up has been judged already.

Who you are buying from
and what the price includesTax Our own price is in US dollars. VAT or sales tax for where you live is worked out by the seller and shown on the card, so the figure you see is the figure you pay. in full
Our own price is in US dollars and is the same for everybody. On top of it the seller charges the VAT or sales tax of the country you are in — it is the seller, not us, that is registered to collect it, and only the seller knows the rate where you are. So the card asks: it shows the total you would be charged, and underneath it how much of that total is tax and what our own price was. Where your country adds nothing, the card says that instead. If your browser blocks the seller’s script the card falls back to our price in dollars and says the tax is added at the checkout, which is where you would see it in any case — before you confirm, never after.
